Kelly has always been passionate about helping people and has been coaching since early in her career. She worked in investment banking and coached financial advisors about the best strategies and products for their clients for a number of years before starting a family. Feeling that a pivot was needed to create a better balance, and to feed some interests that weren’t investment banking, she started working in clinical research helping small foreign companies do business with US-based pharmaceutical companies. As the “Great Recession” waned, she was asked to join a recruiting company to set up their Pharma/Biotech business.

Kelly has spent the better part of the last 15 years in executive search. Between coaching candidates and managers on Interview skills, coaching recruiting teams on sourcing and messaging methods, and advising small to mid-sized companies about Employer Branding, she brings a unique and highly relevant variety of assets to our Coaching team.Kelly lives in the Charlotte Metro area with her husband, 2 children, and their rescue pup. When she’s not coaching, she can usually be found at a child’s sporting event or traveling with the family
